John has been appointed to the position of Chief Technology Officer and Jim as a Senior Developer.

Hempe brings 30 years of software development and management experience in emerging growth software and SaaS companies. In his role, Hempe will lead all technical production and oversee orderTalk´s technology platform, along with Hilton Keats, orderTalk´s Chief Architect.

Jim Lavin, also having more than 30 years experience architecting, developing, supporting and managing customer solutions on Microsoft and Unix platforms, brings a broad range of development experience. His expertise spans the financial, manufacturing, petroleum, pharmaceutical, retail, travel and transportation industries. Jim is a recognized subject matter expert in Airline Systems, Kiosk Applications, Hand-held Applications, Enterprise Services, Services Oriented Architecture and Software Factories.
